I began my career in real estate in 2002 as an investor (aka flipper) and quickly grew to love all the industry has to offer. I was, however, totally dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism I experienced. I formed The Heritage Group, LLC and assembled a dedicated team of real estate pros to provide the services and support I found lacking in the industry. As a successful real estate investor, I am able to offer first time investors and seasoned pros the guidance and advice needed to succeed in today's market. Prior to real estate, I created, ran and sold several small businesses as well as worked in the corporate world for over 16 years. I also have experience in appraisal, project management and construction which allows me to serve clients of all needs – whether brokerage, investments, property management or construction project management.
