Steve Bowman,

After graduating from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA , Steve returned home to worked for the family business, White-Bowman Plumbing & Heating. Steve left the family business in 2009 to start Cornerstone Developers LLC, a residential home building company. In 2013, Steve partnered with his cousin to continue in the building business and together, the two formed Apex Developers LLC. Over the next six years, Apex built, remodeled and developed over 30 residential properties throughout the state of Connecticut. In 2019, Steve attained his real estate license to enhance his skill set with not only building, but also buying and selling homes. He currently resides in the town of Cheshire with his wife, Alicia, and two sons, Conn and Crew.
